"The IR dye system is very efficient and reliable. It allows for multiplexing a protein of interest and a loading control protein or multiple proteins of interest. The concentrations used are very low, 1:20,000, and give great signal. One vial of IR dye will last a very long time. This blotting system also allows for easily quantified results. Representatives in my area have given demonstrations and have responded promptly to any question about the use of IR dyes."

"So far, we have gotten clear and sharp bands when analyzing our western blots using these secondary antibodies. It's an inconvenience to have to have the lights off whilst using the antibody, but it's a given and nothing more than inconvenience. I have never needed to actually talk to customer service."
