"The installation and setup of the instrument were very quick and simple and the instrument was ready for method development within 12 hours (after a system purge). The process of developing methods and instrument configurations is very simple, quick, and intuitive. Our technicians who operate the instrument on a daily basis love the simplicity and power of the Qtegra software and enjoy the quick and simple maintenance that is required. With the inclusion of the sprint valve into the instrument we have been able to achieve incredible sample to sample run times with excellent washouts allowing us to achieve low ppb detection limits with speed. This instrument has more than doubled the sample throughput in our metals group. The instrument analysis is no longer the point of congestion within our laboratory."
