"For the first time at my job I met this analyzer and with my past experience with other instruments I thought this would take months to do an analysis, amazingly I completed my first analysis on the second day. I really believe this is a super easy instrument to learn and use. Also, the accuracy of results was very accurate and reliable. Considering the technical support, we got great support from the supplier, and even though during the covid pandemic there was difficulty in getting support from them they have now appointed a local service provider for the instrument and they brought the instrument back to operation and have given amazing support to us."

Why? Recent demand for higher throughput, ranging in application from running a thousand or more zircons unattended to mapping (imaging) elemental concentrations over areas of tissues and rocks, calls for larger cells with faster washout and uniform signal intensity throughout. This allows the signal intensity and washout to be optimized to the type of analysis and to the specific make and model of ICP-MS.
