Description
The FluorChem HD2's applications include Western blots, fluorescent DNA and protein gels, and colony counting. The imaging system uses a 4.2 MP cooled CCD camera, cooled to -25 degrees Celsius absolute and regulated. FluorChem HD2 System with Manual 50 mm, f/0.95 fixed lens includes a 4.19 MP camera with 16-bit A/D, cooled to -25C absolute and regulated, 50 mm, f/0.95 fixed lens, MultiImage II cabinet with orange filter, white light table, adjustable tray kit, 365/302 nm dual-wavelength, dual-intensity UV transilluminator, epi white lights, AlphaView HD2 System software and stand alone AlphaView Analysis software. Options: 254/365 nm Epi UV lights and other lens configurations are available.

"The system is very intuitive to use. Software provides options for numerous types of analysis and enhancements. Fluorchem HD2 allows for multiple uses ranging to bright field fluorescent and phosphorent imaging. This imaging system must be coupled with a photoprinter for adequate presentation for results." |
