"The instrument is customizable, easy to use, stable and rugged. It offers the users to perform lots of different experiments including new experiments developed in-house. It is definitely NOT a black box without any customizable parameters. Hat's off to the service engineers of Bruker. Without their dedicated, constant, and immediate service support it would have been nearly impossible to run such an expensive and sophisticated instrument of this kind."
