Our Service Team at Cisbio international is highly trained in protein chemistry and fluorescent technology, and offers you its expertise in assay development to build HTRF® assays adapted to your specific targets or to convert existing assays to HTRF® technology.
Assays may be developed using HTRF® toolbox reagents, custom labeled molecules or a combination of both. Most assay developments are carried out within 8 weeks from the date of materials’ reception.
Each assay development project includes a detailed report and the necessary reagents for 10,000 tests in a 20 µL final volume (e.g. using a 384-well low volume plate). Like all HTRF® assays, the number of tests can easily be expanded by miniaturization.
