This washer is very convenient to use. It has the facility for flow rate adjustment which is helpful for carrying washing of plates of a variety of experiments. Dispensing and aspiration is accurate which enhances precision in results.

Great time saver and valuable product.
We use this for our IgM ELISA test with 96-well plates.
We use these plate washers for multiple viral ELISA tests in our bio-level 3, virology diagnostic laboratory. The plate washer gives us reproducible results. We have 3 models in constant use throughout the week, though, none of ours have the automatic plate washer feature, which is a feature I wish we had. They save us time by not having to do manual plate washing. They are a valuable asset for our lab and I highly recommend this product!

Bioanalytical Chemistry
Fantastic plate washer. Processes hundreds of washes for ELISAs with ease and finesse. Manifold moves smoothly and effortlessly across platform. Produces reliable results at breakneck speeds previously un-achievable with manual plate washing. Invaluable part of the bioanalytical chemistry team; would take out a second mortgage to buy another instrument. Can be sassy at times, for example filters leading to outlet pump tend to clog after overuse without emptying waste vesicle. Don't forget to clear all lines with DI water upon termination of day or machine will be clogged with salt build up. 100000/10 stars, loyal scientist forever.

For use under computer control, Agilent BioTek LHC software used with the 405 LS is available in standard and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant versions. The optional Agilent BioTek BioStack is available for walk-away automation of up to 50 microplates.
