The Thermo Scientific IonPac® AS25 Column is ideally suited for the analysis of multivalent anions, including polarizable anions (iodide and perchlorate) and sulfur species (sulfite, sulfate, thiosulfate and thiocyanate) in complex sample matrices. The AS25 column simplifies the determination of polarizable anions, including thiosulfate, iodide, thiocyanate, and perchlorate by using an isocratic hydroxide eluent with no solvent required for the separation.

The AS25 is a high-capacity, hydroxide-selective column for the determination of polarizable anions in a variety of sample matrices. Multivalent anions and sulfur species in complex sample matrices including wastewater effluents, scrubber solutions and food and beverage samples can be easily separated on the IonPacAS25 without the use of solvent. The AS25 column is available in 0.4 × 250 mm , 2 × 250 mm, 4 × 250 mm formats supporting flow rates from 0.010 to 3 mL/min.
