The particulate HPLC products LiChroprep®, LiChrospher®, Purospher®, Pharmprep® are most widely used in analytical or preparative applications. The analytical Purospher® STAR columns provide excellent separation efficiency and pH-stability.
Merck proved its HPLC technology leadership by introducing Chromolith®, monolithic silica columns for ultra fast separations at high efficiencies in analytical and semi-preparative dimensions. Chromolith® 4.6 mm i.d. columns easily can be used at 10 ml /min, thus increasing the throughput of an HPLC laboratory significantly. The new Chromolith® 3mm i.d. column is a new product for ultra fast LC-MS analysis.
