The AxyPrep Multisource Total RNA kits allows the purification of total cellular RNA from a diverse array of starting materials. This kit represents a new approach to RNA purification, and is designed to eliminate the problems of column clogging and incomplete purification associated with other products. The optimized protocol virtually eliminates the carryover of genomic DNA and reduces the loss of smaller RNA species. The kits are available in Mini, Midid and Maxi format and have been optimized for many sources that include but not limited to:
