Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., has announced the release of Geenius™ HIV 1/2 Confirmatory for markets outside the US (US clinical trials start in June).

The Geenius™ HIV 1/2 Confirmatory is a complete system that provides unitary HIV-1 and HIV-2 confirmation and differentiation in serum, plasma, or whole blood along with automated reading and interpretation of the results - all in less than 30 minutes.
