Is DOSY Applicable to Solving Biochemical Problems?
18 August 2014

This application note demonstrates how DOSY diffusion experiments may provide extremely valuable information about the size and occasional association of macromolecules and, as such, should be considered part of the routine NMR toolset for biochemical studies. The case study examines the dynamics of protein‐substrate interaction, clearly demonstrating the utility of this technique.
