Assessing Substrate Metabolism in Tumor Spheroids

Cellular metabolism is now recognized as a critical mediator of the growth signalling that typifies cell growth and proliferation. This study utilized a novel microplate designed to work with the Seahorse XFe96 Analyzer to assess bioenergetic function in spheroids created from MCF-10A and HCT116 cells.
