Determination of Pesticide Residues in Chili Oleoresin: Optimized Sample Preparation Prior to LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS Analysis

An effective extraction and cleanup procedures for determination of pesticide residues in chili oleoresins is presented in this poster. Analysis is performed using tandem LC-MS and tandem GC-MS. A new GC-MS technique using atmospheric pressure mass-spectrometry (APGC) is employed for the tandem GC-MS analysis.
