Evaluation of Mswab Direct Nucleic Acid Extraction for Detection of Viruses, Bacteria and Parasites in Fecal Samples Using Fast-track Diagnostics Real-Time Multiplex Kits

MSwab can be used for direct heat extraction of nucleic acids from different specimens, including feces. This application note describes the analysis of Gram positive/ negative bacteria, DNA/RNA viruses and parasites using FTD Viral gastroenteritis, FTD EPA, FTD Stool parasites and FTD Bacterial gastroenteritis in combination with Fast-track mastermix.
