The MCSGP Process Principle and Contichrom® Equipment

For each purification challenge, there is an optimal process solution. Both binary and ternary processes can be executed on the Contichrom® equipment. MCSGP (multi-column solvent gradient purification) is a high resolution chromatographic process, employing two columns. It is the optimal process solution for any complex separation, where early and late eluting impurities overlap with the target product. This case study shows the use of Contichrom® equipment for 2-column MCGSP.
