Development of an LC/MS/MS Screening Method to Evaluate the Impact of Drugs on Cortisol Biosynthesis in Vitro

In this poster, an in vitro assay using the human adrenocortical carcinoma cell line H295R was developed as a screening platform to assess the impact of new chemical entities (NCEs) on altering cortisol biosynthesis.
