Purification of Caffeine Using Multi-Column Countercurrent Solvent Gradient Purification
23 Jan 2015

This application note describes the separation of caffeine on C18 resin using the Multi-Column Countercurrent Solvent Gradient Purification (MCSGP) process. MCSGP is a countercurrent chromatographic process that is particularly suited for applications in the field of bioseparations but may also be used in the pharmaceutical and chemical area.
