Transfer of USP Cholecalciferol Normal-phase HPLC Method to SFC Using the Agilent 1260 Infinity Hybrid SFC/UHPLC System
15 Mar 2013

This Application Note describes the conversion of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) normal-phase HPLC method for cholecalciferol assay to an SFC method using the Agilent 1260 Infinity Hybrid SFC/UHPLC System. The results show that the SFC method meets the system suitability criteria, is 2x faster, and achieves 26x lower solvent costs compared to the USP method.
