Robust Structural Variation Detection from 100 ng to 1 ng

Structural variation of the genome results for a variety of reasons, from human evolution to genetic diversity, but detection is often hindered by technological challenges. This poster describes a robust, PCR-free method which enables high quality sequencing from 100 ng DNA input using Swift Accel-NGS® 2S technology. With the results indicating an increase in the data retention, with increased coverage across a variety of sample types, input quantities and sequencing depths.
