Comparison of the Performance of Several One Step RT-qPCR Enzymes with Fast-Track Mastermix

Four different kits from Fast-track diagnostics that detect viruses, bacteria or parasites are tested with the newly developed Fast-track mastermix one-step qRT-PCR kit. Results are compared to enzymes from other companies.
