Gradient Separation of White Cells and Particles

Read this application note to learn how to separate white cells or particles whose densities are very close to each other. A gradient is prepared and during the centrifugation run, the cells are pelleted at the threshold between layers according to their density, making it easy to separate the different types of cells and also easy to retrieve.
