Defined and Xeno-Free Culture of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

This application note describes a method for the defined and xeno-free culture of hPSCs using PromoCell hPSC Growth Medium DXF. The medium formulation is not only chemically defined/xeno-free, but also completely excludes substances purified from human or animal origin.
