Separation of Three Proteins Using Multicolumn Countercurrent Solvent Gradient Purification

This application note describes the separation of a mixture of three model proteins using multicolumn countercurrent solvent gradient purification (MCSGP). Here a mixture of three model proteins, α-Chymotrypsinogen A, Cytochrom C and lysozyme were used.
