Quantitative Analysis of Soil Extracts with ICP-AES

In this application note describes the quantitative analysis of ammonium acetate extracts of soil using ICP-AES. Depending on the elements of interest, different extracts are used to simulate the uptake by the plant. In addition, different digestion or extraction procedures are reviewed.
