Automated TruSeq DNA Sample Preparation using Biomek FX<sup>P</sup> Liquid Handler
22 Oct 2013This application note describes the automation of the Illumina TruSeq DNA library construction on the Beckman Coulter Biomek FXP Liquid Handler. The data presented includes a comparison of library construction using the Biomek liquid handler automation and manual preparation. It is shown that the quality of a library is largely dependent upon the input DNA samples, therefore, it is critical to use high quality genomic DNA for library construction.
