The DNA Integrity Number (DIN) Provided by the Genomic DNA ScreenTape Assay Allows for Streamlining of NGS on FFPE Tissue Samples

Sequencing of genomic DNA (gDNA) from FFPE archived tissue can be challenging, as the obtained material is often of variable quality. This study demonstrates that the DNA Integrity Number (DIN) obtained by the quality control of gDNA using the Agilent Genomic DNA ScreenTape assay has allowed for a pronounced saving of sequencing and sample preparation overhead.
