Time Savings and Improved Reproducibility of Nitrate and Nitrite Ion Chromatography Determination in Milk Samples

In this study, a milk sample is subjected to an acid precipitation step prior to loading the sample into an autosampler vial. The remainder of the sample preparation is completed in-line with a sample preparation cartridge. Nitrite and nitrate are then separated and detected by suppressed conductivity detection using a Reagent-Free™ IC (RFIC™) system.
