Rapid Analysis of Bisphenols A, B, and E in Baby Food and Infant Formula

This application note demonstrates the rapid analysis of bisphenols A, B and E in powdered milk formula and baby food in less than five minutes. Using the Waters ACQUITY UPLC System and Xevo TQD Mass Spectrometer enables excellent linearity and recoveries in both food matrices. This method can be extended to other food products that could come into contact with polycarbonates or epoxy resins.
