Quantitative Analysis of Chloramphenicol in Milk using EVOQ™ Qube Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer
6 December 2012

In this application note a LC/MS/MS method, operated in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, is presented for detecting and confirming trace levels of chloramphenicol in milk matrix with minimal sample preparation. The EVOQ™ Qube from Bruker is able to identify and quantify chloramphenicol concentrations as low as 0.02 ppb in milk matrix.
