Quantitative Analysis of 21 Benzodiazepine Drugs, Zolpidem and Zopiclone in Serum using UPLC/MS/MS

The objective of this note is to develop a UPLC/MS/MS method for the quantitation of 21 benzodiazepines, Zolpidem and Zopiclone in human serum. A quantitative method based on liquid/liquid extraction (LLE) and UPLC with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) is described. The methods performance was been evaluated using authentic samples.
