Detection of Methamphetamine & Amphetamine Enantiomers from Urine
23 Feb 2017This application note describes a method for chiral separation of illicit drugs from a urine sample. Reversed phase screening is used to separate drug compounds from the urine, using a Kinetex® 2.6 μm Biphenyl core-shell column, and compounds are identified using a Lux® 3 μm AMP column.
