Increasing Peak Capacity in Reversed-Phase Peptide Separations with Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) C18 Columns

18 Mar 2013

This application note describes the evaluation of the CSH130 C18 for peptide separations. It is shown that, based on the analysis of a nine-peptide mixture, the CSH130 C18 columns exhibit greater peak capacity as well as unique selectivity when compared to columns containing C18 stationary phases without a purposely incorporated positive surface charge.
