In Vivo Fluorescence Imaging of Tumor Proliferation Using Pre-labeled Cancer Cells and a Targeted Probe

This application note describes an early experimental protocol to image both early- and late-stage tumors via exogenous cell labeling for early localization and detection, and targeted probe injection for localization of late-stage tumor development. A multimodal animal rotation system (MARS), Carestream Molecular Imaging, was used to optimize optical signal capture.
