Homogeneous Binding Assay for Hybridoma Screening: Comparison of Laser Scanning Systems

This poster describes a direct comparison of the mirrorball® high sensitivity microplate cytometer (TTP Labtech) with the ABI 8200 system (Applied Biosystems, FMAT®) for a homogenous (no wash) binding assay. Results show that the assay can be effectively performed on both systems using a common protocol and demonstrates that the mirrorball is ideal for replacing the discontinued ABI 8200.
