PureSpeed™ Protein Tips are an efficient and cost effective way to purify recombinant proteins and antibodies. Purification methods are downloaded or written into the E4 XLS pipette using Rainin’s standard E4 XLS software interface, and PureSpeed tips containing resin bed are placed on the pipette. This white paper discusses the use of novel patented PureSpeed tip technology for high throughput protein affinity chromatography.
