High Throughput, Quantitative Ligand Binding Assays for Human Bromodomains

This poster describes a robust screening platform designed to identify small molecule inhibitors of bromodomain-containing proteins. These are a large family of epigenetic 'reader-proteins', which have been associated with disease and represent an important new druggable target class. Using, DiscoveRx Corporation's KINOMEscan binding assay technology, a comprehensive panel has been developed, suitable for high throughput screening.
