Application Note: Gas Field Ion Imaging and Nanofabrication

Gas field ion beam microscopy has been used in applications which require damage-free imaging of nanometer features. Most recently, it has been used for nanofabrication of sub 10 nm structures. This application note presents a selection of references detailing gas field ion imaging within different scientific communities.
