In this application note the ability of TTP Labtech’s ameon™ fluorescence lifetime technology (FLT) plate reader to rapidly and accurately analyze FLEXYTE™ Ser / Thr kinase assays is demonstrated. The combination of FLEXCYTE™ fluorescence lifetime reagents and the ameon™ FLT plate reader provide a fast, robust and sensitive method for FLT analysis.
