Read this application note to learn a procedure recommended for the extraction of cocaine and its principle metabolites (norcocaine, benzoylecgonine, ecgonine methyl ester, anhydroecgonine methyl ester and cocaethylene) from whole blood, plasma and urine using polymeric mixed-mode cation exchange SPE columns.
