This case study presents a decision by the Environmental Resource Associates (ERA) to install the PerkinElmer NexION® 300 ICP-MS for use in inorganic proficiency testing. This decision was based on the need for a new instrument to keep up with an increasing workload. The stability of the NexION 300 ICP-MS enables users to run for many hours without recalibration.
