Enantiomeric and Diastereomeric Separations of Pyrethroids Using UPC²
1 Mar 2013

Historically, chiral separations of pyrethroids have primarily been carried out using HPLC on chiral stationary phases, capillary electrophoresis, and gas chromatography. More recently, supercritical fluid chromatography has been applied to these separations as well, resulting in improved resolution and reduced run time. This application note demonstrates challenging chiral separations of pythrethroids with varying sterochemical complexity using Waters® ACQUITY UPC² System.
