As well established and fast growing biotherapeutics, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) have been approved for the treatment of diseases such as cancer, inflammatory, infectious and autoimmune diseases. To ensure product efficacy and safety, the quality of biotherapeutics needs to be closely monitored. This application note shows the development of a workflow for fast and comprehensive characterization of peptide sequence, identification and relative quantitation of post-translational modifications (PTMs) of mAbs.
