Case Study: The Innovative Thermo Scientific TRACE 1310 GC System

Dr. Dietrich Hilke, Head of Laboratory, Sanofi-Aventis, Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt, and his team recently participated in the planning, testing, and evaluation of a new GC platform from Thermo Scientific. Dr. Hilke’s laboratory analyzes 500 to 700 sample batches per year in a regulated environment for quality control of excipients, drug substances, and drug products. This case study demonstrates how the team was able to directly transfer existing methods to the new GC system thus saving large amounts of time and effort.
