Application Note: A Simple and Effective Method for Simultaneous HPLC Quantification of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 from Whole Blood

Water-soluble B Vitamins are important cofactors in cell metabolism. Two water-soluble vitamins with clinical relevance are Vitamins B1 and B6. This application note shows the development of a simple and robust method for the simultaneous analysis of biologically active Vitamin B1 (TDP) and Vitamin B6 (PLP) from whole blood using Phenomenex columns.
