A High-Throughput Method for Targeted Metabolomics Analysis of Different Tissue Samples using the AbsoluteIDQ™ Kit

This application note reports on the development of a high-throughput method allowing the rapid extraction of metabolites from multiple tissue samples. The method involves a bead- based homogenizer in combination with a simple extraction protocol and the use of the AbsoluteIDQ™ Kit.
