Novel Kinetic Live Cell Imaging Assays for T cell Killing of Tumor Cells

Cancer immunotherapy offers the potential for specific eradication of tumor cells and the prevention of cancer recurrence. This poster describes the use of fully kinetic live cell imaging assays to quantify T cell mediated killing of tumor cells in co-culture. Phase and 2-colour fluorescence images were captured using IncuCyte ZOOM™. These HD images and time-lapse movies facilitate a clear understanding & compelling verification of the underlying biology.
