Determination of Ingredients in Wine Using the KNAUER Smartline HPLC
27 Oct 2014

All major wine compounds can be analyzed by HPLC from a single injection. A simple and rapid method enables simultaneous determination of sugars, organic acids and alcohols. Being a fruit product, wine can be expected to contain fructose, glucose and other additive sugars. These compounds can be quickly analyzed by way of KNAUER HPLC in combination with Eurokat H column. Knauer Smartline offers the lowest pulsation with minimal dead volume in the analytical flow range and flow rates starting from microliters and increasing to 10 ml/min (which can be upgraded to semi-prep applications of up to 50 ml/min).
