Label-Free Quantitation of Proteins in Human Prostate Cancer Patient Plasma
15 April 2013

This case study evaluates the accuracy and precision of label-free quantitation of standard proteins in a mixture using LC-MS. In addition, the label-free protein quantitation method was applied to a real world scenario: the analysis and quantitative comparison of the proteomes in human plasma from normal, early stage, and late stage prostate cancer patients.
