Measurement of Quantitation Limits for Vitamin B12 and Caffeine in Aqueous Solution Using UV-1800 UV-VIS Spectrophotometer
12 May 2014

UV-VIS spectrophotometers are widely used for quantitation (measurement of concentration) of a substance in solution. This application note reports on the measurement of vitamin B12 and caffeine in aqueous solutions using the Shimadzu UV-1800 UV-VIS spectrophotometer to determine their respective quantitation limits.
