Protein Based Green and Red Fluorescent Sensors for Identification of Drug Discovery Targets
10 February 2014

Professor Thomas Hughes from Montana Molecular talks about the use of protein based genetically encoded fluorescent sensors for cyclic amp. GPCRs and calcium signalling are the current main targets for the bio-sensors. The bio-sensors are proven to successful through the use of microplate readers and detectors in high throughput screening methodologies.
